About this blog

This blog was originally started to follow Bob on a most special journey as he rode on the first Hoka Hey M/C Challenge in 2010. Since that challenge, many have asked me to keep the blog going and that has been easy because Bob rides every Sunday no matter what the weather, as long as he can get his bike out of the barn.

I post the stories and pictures sent to me by Bob and his fellow riders. The regulars are Gary F. and Dana P. occasionally Helen P. and a few others when they can break away from other obligations like work and family events…. Sometimes the ride is a club ride, more often than not they are just one of Bob’s random Sunday rides… averaging 200 – 400 miles for the day and always secondary roads. There is almost always several coffee stops, gas stops of course, breakfast, lunch and and ice cream stop….. Bob loves his ice cream and he knows all the very best places to stop. 😎

Safe Riding, Lou
